Can anyone join this trip? This girls' trip is for women seeking connection, sisterhood, and shared inspiration for yoga, surf and life. All levels of surfers and yogi's are welcomed! Most girls are aged between 18-30.
-
Do I need a certain level of surf & yoga? Not at all! We welcome everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills. Our focus is on getting you out in the water and on the mat and having fun, no matter your age, body type, or experience level. <3
-
How do I get all of the surf and yoga equipment? No worries, we got you! All surf boards, leashes, wetsuits, yoga mats & wax are included in the trip!
-
How much free time do we get?Everything is voluntarily, some girls might want to chill a bit more, spend some hours on their remote job, read their book or edit their silly little Tiktoks ;). The beach, the restaurants, and the shops are all within a 5 minute walk so you could always catch up with the group of girls later. Plus, we have tons of fun activities planned throughout the week, all of which are voluntary, so you can enjoy a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Where can I get a local SIM card?At the airport, you can buy a prepaid SIM card, please note that you will usually need to show your passport to buy a prepaid SIM. However we recommend you to order an e-sim at home. Most of the girls have gotten e-sims before or during the trip, which is a very easy process. Mascha will gladly help you with this if needed, personally we like to use Airalo, since this provider works well all over Morocco, which can't be said for all Esim providers. In case you decide to use Airalo, you can get a little discount with the code MASCHA8203.

How do I get there? The closest and easiest airport is Agadir (AGA), though flights can be limited, so many girls also fly into Marrakech (RAK). If you choose Marrakech, it's best to arrive before noon since you’ll have a bit of a journey to the coast. From Marrakech, you have a few options: take a bus to Agadir, catch a short local flight, or—most conveniently—share a cab with a few of the other girls. If possible, try to arrive around the same time as other girls in the group; sharing a cab makes for an easier, more fun journey to our destination! The cab will take around 3.5 hours and will cost around €120 for one way, which is very doable shared with multiple girls. And don’t worry—I, Mascha am here to help with flights, transfers, and coordinating arrival times so you’ll have a smooth start to your adventure!

Is Morocco safe? Are Moroccon surf towns safe?Yes! I can genuinely say that in both Tamraght and Taghazout I feel very safe. The local community is so welcoming, I truly feel great being there. Off course, I do stay aware of my surroundings, as you would anywhere, and I do make an effort to dress respectfully with a long skirt or scarf.

What is proper clothing to wear in an Islamic country such as Morocco?Generally, in Morocco women cover up their knees and shoulders and wear a headscarf. It is not needed to dress like this, but you might feel more comfortable if you cover your shoulders and knees. Tamraght is a small surf town where these rules are loosened. There is a beach culture, tourists and locals are often in swimwear and summer wear. As soon as you venture out of Tamraght into the mountains, local Berber villages, or into the Sahara Desert, it is advised to dress more modestly. We would suggest to bring multiple long skirts, dresses & a scarf to cover up whenever needed!
